Stop the Execution of Melissa Lucio in Texas
On April 27, Melissa Lucio is scheduled to be executed by the State of Texas for a crime that never occurred. Melissa’s 2-year-old daughter, Mariah, died tragically two days after accidentally falling down a flight of stairs. Despite the fact that Melissa had no history of child abuse and that she has maintained her innocence for the 14 years she’s spent on death row, the State still has her scheduled for execution.
